Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take orders by email.
- Email Extra Purchase Orders.
- Files Extra Purchase Orders.
- Sort, File, Mail and/or distribute Original Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
- Account Research as needed.
- Coordinate field start packages.
- Accurate and quality work performance in daily work transactions.
- Maintain an efficient filing system.
- Attending training classes as requested by supervisor.
- Assists in organizing Purchasing Department.
- Good communication with department supervisors, co-workers, superintendents and vendors.
- Assists in special projects or assignments as requested by supervisor.
Experience:
- Prior experience in building industry preferred
Skills Required:
- Work proficiently with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of homebuilding products preferred, but not required
- Organized and Efficient
Educational Requirements
- High School or Equivalent

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone prospecting to obtain appointments from various lead sources
- Utilize Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) and other data driven tools to sell homes
- Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
- Continually demonstrate a Bias for Action and complete work accurately and on time
- Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals
- Maintain a "Customer is #1" focus
- Compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Representative
Minimum Requirements:
- New Home Sales Representatives work every weekend, evenings, and most holidays
- Willingness to commute to any of our communities in the market area is necessary
- Demonstrated success in direct sales
- A 4-year college degree strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals and develop and maintain relationships required
- Candidates should be polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, and a desire for high commission, honesty, and integrity
